All products featured on PawChalet are offered by independent third-party brands. When you choose to purchase a product, you will complete your transaction directly on the brand’s website, under their own terms and conditions.

As a result:

• All returns, exchanges, refunds, warranties, and shipping inquiries must be handled directly with the brand from which you purchased.

• PawChalet does not process payments, issue refunds, or manage returns.
